As a Chair of Engineering and Technology at Conestoga College, I lead the academic and administrative operations of some incredible engineering and technology programs, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, and research. I have over 25 years of engineering experience in various sectors, including aerospace, defense, and manufacturing, where I developed and implemented process improvement, process engineering, and manufacturing engineering solutions.I hold a Master of Engineering degree in Material Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in MMS Engineering from the University of Toronto, as well as a certificate in Leading for Business Results from the Schulich School of Business. I am also a licensed professional engineer (P.Eng) and a certified Green Belt in Design for Six Sigma (DFSS). My passion is to inspire, mentor, and empower the next generation of engineers and technologists, leveraging my expertise in material science and space hardware design, assembly, integration, and testing. My mission is to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and diversity in the engineering and technology field.
