National Senior Publicist of PBS public affairs series FRONTLINE, produced at WGBH Educational Foundation here in Boston. Team leader responsible for publicizing 18 hours of new programming per season, including development of turnkey press materials, talking points, press releases, promotional photography, marketing strategy, online advertising as well as securing media coverage in print, online, TV and radio. I also worked closely with Editorial to craft crisis communication messaging when needed. During the forefront of the digital revolution, my team knew that researching, reporting and strategically preparing for the changes in the media landscape was paramount. FRONTLINE was leading the way in developing new ways to share and experience press materials digitally, resulting in one of the first digital pressrooms where press could download press materials and watch preview screenings online. Supervised promotion team in research, publicity, marketing, professional development and reporting. Implemented all online advertising including Google Adwords, Facebook and blog ad buys.
