In addition to my Project Management duties I voluntarily provide process support as follows:- Develop process documentation for the NMCI Project Management Team by collaborating with various groups to clarify their entrance criteria and process steps- Negotiate process improvement with internal groups- Conduct process training for Project Managers- Initiated and host a weekly “Sandbox” meeting for Project Managers to socialize process questions

Project Manager III on the NMCI (Navy Marine Corps Intranet)- Collaborate with clients and internal team members to create Scope Statements, Risk Assessment & Mitigation Planning and Project Plans to meet requirements regarding scheduling, logistics and contract compliance- Conduct regular conference calls and status meetings during project implementation to ensure adherence to the project plan and facilitate resolution of questions and issues- Create and present project status reports to internal and customer stakeholders- Build relationships with customers to ensure a smooth implementation and foster customer loyalty- Led various projects such as process improvement, product introductions, server upgrades and migrations, software development and deployment and training development

Project Manager- Led cross-functional teams during large telecommunications network implementations. Team members included engineers, sales reps, field technicians, operations groups, external vendors and customer stakeholders. - Contributed implementation information for RFP development
