Responsible for product preparation on all consumer research projects. Assist with development of consumer questionnaires for research projects. Responsible for generating and maintaining nutritional analysis on all menu items. Department lead on all product, ingredient, allergen, or nutritional inquiries from consumers, restaurants, schools, and internal departments.
