Ph.D. funded by a private/public scholarship (CIFRE) by the company Itasca Consultants S.A.S. in collaboration with Geosciences Rennes laboratory. The work takes place in the research group "Fractory" (https://fractorylab.org/).Title of the thesis: "Sealing in fracture networks, models and hydrological consequences". Summary of the work:- Core-log data analysis of the future deep nuclear waste repository of Forsmark (Sweden). Study of the distribution of sealed and reactivated fractures at the site scale. Analysis of the mechanisms of this distribution: origins of filling materials, stresses and fluid pressure.- Assessment of the hydrological consequences of different distributions of sealing in Discrete Fracture Networks models. DFNLab software (https://fractorylab.org/).- Analysis of correlations between fractures properties (location, minerals, open/sealed, stresses) using Randoms Forests algorithms.- Development of the Graph tool in the DFNLab software, to optimize flow numerical solving in fracture models (publication : https://journals.aps.org/pre/abstract/10.1103/PhysRevE.102.053312).
