Direct activities within the ETP (Enterprise Technology Partners) Skills Academy in collaboration with key IT and business executives/leaders, Human Resource Business Partners, Talent Development/Talent Management teams, and ETP stakeholders to identify learning and development opportunities for upskilling and reskilling, design and deliver educational programs that meet employees’ learning objectives, and promote and market educational programs utilizing multiple communication channels.

Responsible for the successful implementation and adoption of Conga (Apttus), a Salesforce-based contract life cycle management platform, as well as managing the review, negotiation, and execution of 1,000+ IT contracts annually. Spearheaded the development of a Positive Relationship Framework to build mutually beneficial customer/vendor engagements based on joint needs, values and purpose, and continually focused on building key executive relationships with high-profile strategic technology partners.

Created and led our contracts administration function. Drove 65% productivity boost by designing, developing, and launching a SharePoint-based contract intake and workflow management system. Built and led Compliance function within ETP focused on Software Asset Management (SAM) for our top four technology partners.

Led the review and negotiation of vendor contracts, ensuring optimal risk management posture across multiple key areas. Oversaw the design, build and implementation of our contract management system, including uploading of fully executed documents into the system. Enabled 60% digital transformation of in-house legal documentation by designing and building the company's first contract management system on SharePoint.

Co-built and lead the Shared Services function focused on consolidating and centralizing back-office processes including accounting, payroll, and human resources.

Co-built the Group Services Division focused on consolidating and centralizing the IT function.

Promptly promoted multiple times to lead a team of consultants in the analyses and optimization of clients' technology systems.
