Direct 25 holiday camps and 13 themed discovery school trips. Design and launch 3 new themed programmes (scientific, historical and sports) Support 6 Camp Directors in planning and organizing their campsDevelop and conduct training sessions for Camp Directors and activity leaders

- Supervise the work of 30 camp directors to ensure adherence to internal quality and safety standards- Participate in logistics for weekend training sessions for camp director (200 people) and activity leader (400 people) - Handle director and activity leaders contracts
