I began as a desktop operator and promoted to third Shift Desktop Supervisor 6 months later. Managing a staff to output high volumes of financial print materials, such as, annual reports, portfolio prospectuses, charts, graphs, etc. Duties include management of workflow, troubleshooting, communications with customer service reps worldwide and processing monthly reports for personnel. Feb of 2008 the company began outsourcing desktop so I began working in the Production Coordination/Customer Service Assistance department. CSA works closely with CS from prepping jobs, handling queries and ultimately making sure that the influx of work is balanced and prioritized. During the last year and a half my focus was on XBRL and achieved the status of “overachiever” 8 months in a row. While XBRL knowledge is vast I have an innate understanding of it. I was also part of the XPM team – the primary function of this team was to handle any and all XBRL queries.

Ivie & Associates is a Texas based marketing firm working on location with their largest client in the Phoenix area, PETsMART. Created over 100 monthly POS signage kits. Developed a specific brand for the internal HR and Training departments. Designs included logos, posters, brochures and forms.

Created 25-30 direct mail pieces per month, primarily for non-profits from concept to design. Worked directly with service reps and printers.

Employed by one of the largest youth facilities in the inner city of Dallas, TX. Created theme concepts for all graphics for all promo materials, web design, ads, and mailings. Managed and trained a staff of 60+ interns, provided customer service, organized housing, managed registrar duties as well as kept accounts payable/receivable records.

Design and production of all commercial ads and insert publications for a Pulitzer newspaper. Served as Editor and Art Director for the Pinnacle Outdoor Magazine. Worked closely with sales reps and trained new design employees.

Hands on Art Director/Graphic Designer supervising a team of four as well as collaborating with offsite talent and vendors. Final creative authority on projects such as: catalogs, logos, brochures and ad design. Served as sole manager of commercial accounts as well as advertising agency contracts.
