Diane Gonzalez a former New York graduate of The Performing Arts High School moved to Philadelphia where she resides and explored the Workforce Industry. The 11 years of experience have been the tools motivating her passion and knowledge for understanding people, company concepts, processes and have been a driving force to maintaining a reputation of being an advocate and accountability partner to many in the Workforce and Social Service Departments. Diane’s “Dare to be Different” Attitude experienced by her employers has made a way for her to exhibit innovative strategies to increase productivity within the company, management, staff, and customers as well as maintain a reputation of top performer. At JEVS Human Service, Diane continues to demonstrate leadership abilities by mastering processes within departments.
