I am a unique mix of neuroscientist, counsellor and businesswoman and my mission is to help people understand their own behaviour and the behaviour of others, to drive performance and engagement. I will take you out of autopilot and help you make great proactive decisions, take decisive actions and respond appropriately in stressful situations. I transitioned from academia to the commercial sector in 2004 and have had diverse experience in business in sales, leadership and education. I take this knowledge of business and its challenges and combine it with my expertise in neuroscience to apply what we know about the brain to individual and team performance. Drawing from the fields of neuroscience, anthropology, psychology and behavioural science, I share my expertise through speaking, mentoring and workshops to build courage, resilience, agility, engagement, and self-awareness. I give people the tools to orchestrate their own success.I also have a Masters in Counselling which enables me to offer a complete solution to my clients including EAP services to small to medium enterprises. It's tough out there and I want to help people navigate their personal and professional landscape.
