Managed a staff of 5 training coordinators who were a one-stop resource department for the Landstar agent family. Worked closely with Quality Control, Shipping Department, and Sales Team to coordinate paperwork for export or ground service - including preparing custom documents for International Shipments, bill of ladings for domestic shipments routed via UPS, Domestic Air, truckload, or LTL carriers. Also was responsible for working with management to file loss or damage claims and reviewed LTL freight payment audits.
