As VP of Consulting and Professional Services my role is to ensure our clients effectively integrate our patient portal into the fabric of their culture and care delivery model, helping to achieve Meaningful Use objectives, ACO and PCMH clinical integration and other strategic organizational goals. We develop, deploy, train and support our product line of Patient Portal, Physician Portal, and HIE engine to provide vendor neutral information exchange across the acute and ambulatory markets.Additionally, InteliChart offers comprehensive consulting services. Our Practice Facilitation and Support program (PFS) uses a team approach to facilitation. Each member of our team is a Quality and Process/Performance Improvement Specialist with NCQA certification as PCMH facilitator. Since our inception, we have assisted Clinics and Hospital with improving patient experience, enhancing efficiencies and increasing AR using proven methods of PSDA, Rapid Cycle Improvement and conducting failure mode and effects analysis.
