Diane has over 15 years’ experience in the technology market, working with clients to design, plan, and execute hardware and software solutions. She started out by selling terminal emulation software products (Yes, the software that made text-based green screens look like a personal PC - it was a long time ago!) and document automation solutions to channel partners nationwide. While in this role, she was also responsible for the product promotion, marketing mix determination, and managing relationships with partners and distributors to support their sales efforts and strategies. She quickly found herself moving in a direction to help companies create and enhance their online presence, and better utilize their content management system to improve business processes and web applications. After many years with her experience in business strategies and building customer relationships, she decided to dive into the world of hardware and systems technology (most tech people call it the dark side). Having to learn the IT competitive landscape with network, data center, and collaboration technologies, plus understanding the architectural layouts of a complete infrastructure design; it has led her down a path to work with dealers, OEM partners, and leading industry manufactures in the entertainment and broadcast markets (or to be a little specific, sound production geeks, stage lighting guru’s, audio perfectionists, and “front of house” controllers - aka Rock’n’Roll roadies’ & concert technicians). Collaborating closely with her internal engineers, cross functioning teams, and subject matter experts, she is looking forward to contributing to the customer experience while defining and executing the long term vision and achieving annual business objectives.
