Initial point of contact for customers and distributors. Field incoming phone calls, emails and faxes, enter orders and handle inquiries for: order status, shipment tracking, shipping/order documents, distributor inquiries, lead times questions, order changes, obsolete and current product info, RGA's, order expediting and verbal parts price quotes.

Greet incoming visitors and calls in main lobby for a company of 200 employees. Help customer service with order entry. Pull and file all shipped orders from daily reports, create new files as needed. File closed orders and keep files in proper alpha order. Enter Customer satisfaction surveys and create Corrective Action Response's as needed for low scoring surveys. Sort and distribute mail every morning and run outgoing mail thru postal machine every afternoon. Label and distribute time cards for shop employees weekly, small graphic design projects.
