For several years, I have owned three retail apparel franchise stores in Madison, Wisconsin. I have always loved fashion and viewed it as personal expression. I have also always loved working with young people. As I age, the definition of “young” has changed. I now have the opportunity to employ, work with, coach, and mentor our employees who range from teens to middle age. And, I am passionate about offering an outstanding customer experience. As an executive coach and management consultant, I helped clients achieve personal fulfillment and principled success.
