I am a Boston College graduate as well as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with experience counseling adolescents and adults and supporting them through a variety of mental health and life transition issues. I am available for personal one on one therapy, couples therapy, as well as group therapy. My approach to therapy is diverse, incorporating techniques from CBT, DBT, mindfulness and trauma interventions.
