Customized for implementation worldwide for GE’s workforce of approx. 350,000 active and 400,000 inactive employees. Managed 26 application programmers, systems analysts and technical staff - 2/3’s of staff in the USA and 1/3 in India. Six Sigma project lead on retirement of Legacy Systems and archiving of historical data for regulatory compliance. Managed telecommunication teams for all Voice Response (IVR) and Computer Telephony Integrations (CTI).  Managed outsourced international call centers, vendor relationships, contracts and multi-million dollar budget.

 Designed start-up infrastructure and technical service operations with company founders.
