Co-coordinating OSU Extension's new employee orientation, ONE Extension, mentoring program, MINE, and supervisor training, NEST. Collaborating with specialists within the Learning and Organizational Development Unit, faculty within the Agricultural Communications, Education & Leadership Department, and Extension staff across Ohio.
