Coventry provides a full range of risk and fee-based managed care products and services to a broad cross section of individuals, employer and government-funded groups, government agencies, and other insurance carriers and administrators. Key responsibility is the Product Manager for the Care Management Tool and Capacity Management. Manage a team of Project Managers, Business Analysts, & Application Developers who are spearheading projects such as Identification & Stratification of Members, URAC performance measures, Medicaid adult measures, and in initial phases to address data exchanges that support Health Care Reform. Interact with the business in defining the product functionality, business process, gathering business requirements, and change control facilitation.

I have overseen and planned a years worth of projects, strategically moving towards a controlled environment of Production as envisioned by the CIO. Lead bi-weekly and monthly leadership calls with both the business and technical teams to check overall health of client relationship, communicate changes and improvements, and deliver on strategic initiatives set forth by the client. Responsible for collaborating with clients on best practices and recommending process improvements by implementing solutions such as eCatalog, eContent, eAnalyze and eConnect / ePortal.

Ariba allows their customers to execute on their business commerce solutions through a suite of procurement software solutions. As a Spend Visibility Project Manager, I lead customers to smarter and more efficient purchasing decisions through the Ariba Spend Visibility tool. This tool allows customers to collect purchasing data, from various sources and platforms, into a single database where the data is cleansed and enriched, allowing for a complete and standardized view of historical spend. Customers can bring more spend under management to minimize the risk and drive compliance. Post implementation activities included ongoing system administration and management, along with a detailed project schedule to ensure the timely data capture on an ongoing basis. As a Supplier Enablement Project Manager, I lead customers to enable their current and future suppliers on the Ariba Supplier Network in order to better manage supplier information, performance, contracts and risk. Customers trusted us to ensure we were able to provide an impact on change within their organization due to this re-organization of their suppliers.
