I am a results-driven and highly motivated Senior Workforce Operations Manager whose career incorporates over 10 years’ experience working within large-scale multi-sport events, including London 2012, Glasgow 2014 and Baku 2015.I started out my management career in Canada working in the 2010 Winter Olympics before moving back to the UK to oversee the workforce/transportation management of the 2012 Olympics and 2014 Commonwealth Games. Most recently, I played a central role in the workforce senior management of the Baku 2015 European Games in Azerbaijan.In this time, I have been successful in overseeing the strategic planning and coordination of workforce operations, liaising with colleagues across all areas and adapting to the varying functional requirements of worldwide events in the attainment of operational objectives.I have also accumulated extensive experience in the direct management of a multi-disciplined and multi-cultural workforce, supervising and coordinating the performance of both paid staff and unpaid volunteers to successfully build a high performance team capable of delivering end to end event services.
