Independently spearheaded the implementation of Procore, a web-based construction database and communications hub between general contractor, owner, architects, designers, sub-contractors and other project members. Within ProCore, built workflow templates, databases and reports and trained associates in their use. Communicated with owners, architects, contractors and city officials coordinating legal documents for all ongoing projects.Worked within SAGE, the financial database to provide reports and enter contractor information to confirm compliance. Coordinated and processed Certified Payroll reports for all funded projects (hospitals, universities…). Provided support to the Vice President of Operations which included corporate meeting planning and travel.
