Managing the continued growth and development of the Client Services Division, supervising multiple departments including relocation management and referrals, affinity relationships, property management, rentals and home services. Having the opportunity to work in multiple roles and understand all aspects of real estate and relocation transactions has given me the greatest insight and development of different styles of management. Served as Branch Manager for 3 different offices of Real Estate One, Inc. from 1996 to 2004. She was responsible for recruiting, training, and operating office systems to manage sales transactions for sales people. To counsel, oversaw, and encouraged the overall growth of the office. A trainer for Real Estate One Academy promoting their Triangle of Success program, Relocation strategies for Home Finding and Home Sales services among other sales courses designed to enhance and support the advancement of sales associates.

The Fall Conference was well attended and packed with great information. The theme "Change is Opportunity" reflected several aspects of “change” within the framework of industry challenges and practices. Over 150 RDC members gathered and shared best practices, valuable insights and innovative ideas. Since 1979, the Relocation Directors Council membership has included some of the best and brightest professionals in the industry. Candidates are invited to join this exclusive organization based on experience, education, industry involvement, and a commitment to serve their clients and customers with the highest level of professionalism. I am honored to be on the board of RDC and look forward to working with a wonderful and inspiring group of professionals.

This leadership group is comprised of top business development and relocation professionals from firms affiliated with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® (LeadingRE), an international network of more than 500 market-leading real estate companies. Council members work closely with the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® management team on critical network initiatives, mentor new members, and serve as ambassadors for the organization’s extensive programs.

The role of the Advisory Council is to be an ambassador and advocate to Leading RE member colleagues (independent member brokers across the country) promoting network programs and initiatives. The Council chairperson collaborates with Leading RE's management to outline priorities and initiatives for the Council over the coming year. Conduct meetings and conference calls and coordinate task forces as needed to accomplish their annual goal.

My responsibilities include supporting the overall goal of the council. To promote professional standards in the corporate relocation field, participate in educational seminars and networking opportunities for members and to support the President with all initiatives for the council. Recognized as a regional group by Worldwide ERC® (Employee Relocation Council), Detroit Regional Relocation Council (DRRC) is a professional organization providing a forum for sharing the latest information and resources available in the corporate mobility arena.DRRC’s goal is to give corporate human resource managers and service providers the tools to effectively address the complex issues of domestic and international relocations.Board members are chosen because they are leaders in the relocation industry who voluntarily share their passion and real-world knowledge of relocation with others.
