Community Branch Leader
Current-Responsible for consistently exceeding member expectations, operational effectiveness, and branch productivity.-Develop and coach a highly knowledgeable team to support a variety of member life stages and needs.-Accountable for all management functions including training, hiring, coaching, scheduling, excellent verbal & written communication, cross-training, performance management, staff development, exceeding member service expectations, team building, and managing branch goals & metrics.-Be a visible and engaged presence in the community while promoting Canvas Credit Union and building relationships through active community participation.-Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of branch operations, lending processes, security & fraud procedures, managing losses & risk issues.-Build strong relationships within Canvas as well as with members and the community.-Actively listen and seek to understand all aspects of the member experience to continue to make it better all the time.-Utilizing exceptional people leadership skills to build and foster teamwork, coach, train, and develop family members.-Proven success in building strong member relationships and new business development.-Advanced knowledge and understanding of Canvas services and financial products.-Extraordinary problem solving, analytical, and decision making skills with excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities & tasks.-Strong ability to maintain confidences and provide guidance.
