• Served as the Technical Lead for the US Army Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations and Plans (ODCSOPS) Integrated Data Analysis Center (IDAC) and managed a team of IT specialists and subject matter experts. • Responsibilities included integrating disparate legacy systems into a data warehouse, business intelligence application development, technology assessments, migration planning, database administration, system administration, contract management, quality control, and business development.• Migrated IDAC Intelligent database technology to an IBM RISC 6000 UNIX platform in a classified environment and developed the Automated Information Systems Security Plan (AISSP) to support the target environment for the IDAC database migration.• Served as the principal analyst on numerous Army studies to include the TDA Requirements Study, Aviator Retention Study, Value Added Analysis Study, and Officer Civilian Growth Study. As a result of my work, I received the Commanders Award for Civilian Service. The Value Added Analysis Study was awarded the Defense "Study of the Year."
