15+ years working individually with clients seeking mental and emotional clarity and holistic flourishing.3rd year student of the Masters of Counseling and Art Therapy program at Southwestern College, Santa Fe. The curriculum at SWC is CACREP compliant and prepares graduates for multiculturally sensitive therapy using self-reflexive and metacognitive approaches. The intensive consciousness track within the program provides for deep personal and professional growth while inspiring grounded empathy and authentic connection to oneself and others. Incorporating art therapy into my work with others comes as a natural progression of my own artist identity. I aspire to initiate inner journeys towards hope, acceptance and flourishing by utilizing creative, innovative, trauma-informed and arts-based healing methods. I have experience working with adults, teens, children and families through transitions and shifting towards living authentically and establishing inner resources for resilience. Grounded in a positive therapeutic approach, based on compassion and imagination, my style will be appropriate for all ages and challenges. My qualifications for working with others in a counseling capacity include past and current experience of providing individual support towards emotional and mental wellness. Over the past ten years, I have facilitated holistic healing for more than one hundred clients using spiritual interventions such as energy healing and hypnosis.
