As Director of Artist Services programing, Diane serves as a member of the senior management team at Mid-America Arts Alliance, the Regional Arts Organization serving the states of Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Texas. In this role Diane provides day-to-day management of the artist services division, including ensuring program resources and activities are administered as planned and meet program implementation requirements, managing program budgets, hiring and supervising program staff and consultants, and the participant selection process. In addition, this position is responsible for the research and development related to artist services programmatic improvement and expansion. Diane oversees a portfolio of artist professional development programming and grants across the region including the Artist INC, Artist INC Express, Artists 360, Catalyze, and Interchange programs.
