The American Australian Association is a nonprofit organization devoted to strengthening relations between the US and Australia.Led the Associations Fundraising and Development directing and managing a comprehensive, year-round fundraising program including Annual Appeals, Major Events, Direct Mail, Major Gifts and Corporate solicitation. Expertise in fundraising strategy including timeline, budget, financial and data analytics. Since 2008 responsible for Annual Appeal Benefit Dinner where revenues sprung from a 2007 baseline of $1.2M. Benefit Dinner revenues achieved: $1.7M (2008), $1.85M (2009), $2.2M (2010), $2M (2011), $1.86M (2012) $1.7M (2013), $2.1M (2014), $1.65M (2015) and $1.9M (2016). Negotiate and achieve Major Gifts over $300,000. Total Benefit Dinner fundraising 2008-2016 achieved in excess of $17M.Created and developed a significant database of Key Stakeholders, Major Donors and C-level contacts in Fortune 100 Companies that raised on average $2M annually. Worked with Honorees, Key Chairs and Patrons to cultivate and manage Chair and Major Gift solicitations ($25,000 - $100,000).Communication work includes Proposal and Grant writing, speech writing, Annual & Board reports, email and branded marketing. Led proposal and manage RFP for Major Grant award of $25M. Negotiated and secured Corporate Fellowships for multi-year contracts for new Corporate commitments of over $3.8M.
