I have held many positions which were directly or indirectly always interfaces with Facility Management. As a result, I developed quite broad. My expertise lies in the areas of procurement, contract management, quality, safety, occupational health, change management and security besides the regular skills of a facility manager. My successes are in large (1,600 employees) and small removals, the transition to work place innovation in relation to occupational health and safety, set up an emergency response organization, outsourcing of various business units in addition to the daily management and regular activities. My past co-workers know me as a teamplayer, enthousiastic, motivator, trustworthy, commited and cost-conscious. No 9 to 5 mentality but conscious of a proper work-live balance.
