As the Director, Total Rewards and Employee Experience I lead the ESA’s operational employee experience functions. I am a solutions-oriented, strategic, and hands-on leader responsible for delivering high-quality counsel, guidance, and support to senior leadership and employees. Through strong and professional thought leadership, I provide oversight to the development of compensation, reward, pension, benefits, change management and talent acquisition strategies. I also have responsibility for providing leadership and direction of the development and maintenance of all policies and procedures, and provide oversight for analytics in support of data-driven decision-making and risk assessment. The employee experience function includes all operationally driven functions including HRIS, employee surveys, talent acquisition, onboarding, change management and total rewards including recognition programs, compensation, pension and benefits.
