Helping organisations and employees manage and understand stressful situations and significant change. Building resilience within in an organisation has a direct impact on performance, absence rates and health and wellbeing.My automotive training expertise covers all aspects of sales, leadership and customer service in cars, commercial vehicles, business, fleet and retail. I have a particular interest in automotive finance and customer retention and have experience delivering and designing training on behalf of OEMs, Financial Services Providers and Automotive Retail Groups.
