Job Description:1. Transfer of Manufacturing Information: Facilitate the smooth transfer of manufacturing information and documents from the Development Center to the Factory during the trial process.2. Trial Project Management: Catch trial projects and closely monitor their status and progress at various commercialization stages (EST, FST, PPR).3. Trial Performance: Run and monitor trial performance according to the established schedule, ensuring that everything aligns with the planned timeline.4. Collaboration and Discussion: Cooperate and engage in discussions with related departments during trial processes to establish the best manufacturing process for mass production.5. Feedback and Improvement: Identify potential risks and pending issues during trial and manufacturing, providing constructive improvement suggestions to the Development Center.6. Follow-up Actions: Follow up on the Development Center's actions regarding feedback to ensure the completion of the manufacturing process.7. Tech Package Transfer: Transfer the tech package the production team for seamless integration into the manufacturing process.8. Quality Monitoring: Follow up on the quality of the first order from the first day of production to maintain and improve product quality.9. FMEA Inspection: Inspect and conduct Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) for the first order of new models in production to proactively address potential issues.10. Communication with CTS ME: Communicate with CTS ME to discuss manufacturing information and achieve optimal results.11. Abnormal Issue Support: Provide support to the production team in dealing with abnormal issues that may arise during manufacturing.12. Lead Manufacturing System Engineering (MSE) Team make and manage new ideas based on new ideas bucket, and connect with ME Converse to make new ideas report.13. Led the preparation of MSE NFEV, New facility engineering validation for the Huali factory in Indonesia.

Duties and responsibilities:1. Make a schedule material needs for the next 1 week with reference to the production schedule that has been mutually agreed upon by the planning team and the production team and related dept.2. Make a schedule for ordering material requirements using the MRP method and perfecting the MRP method with the Team to make it easier to apply.3. Coordinate if there is a potential shortage or excess of material, so that there is no Off Production / Over Inventory which causes loss or the material cannot be unloaded.4. Make a production schedule by considering several things such as production targets, engine speed, settings etc.5. Monitor Inventory every day and ensure the material is safe and ready for production and monitors the condition of the warehouse to avoid over inventory.6. Make a Purchase Request Letter when making a Pre-Order (PO) by considering the lead time for ordering material for future needs (reference from the requested data) which is then forwarded to the Procurement department.7. Coordinate related to expired/damaged material.8. Co-ordinate each other so that the team stays solid and ensures that materials arrive on schedule.
