Her professional experience varied across the public and private sectors and international organizations.Since transitioning from diplomacy and foreign relations and settling in her adopted home of Saint Kitts and Nevis, she has dedicated herself to non-profit work. Driven by a deep commitment to creating meaningful change, she founded "The Joy Project," a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering and uplifting vulnerable members of society, with a particular emphasis on women and children. The organization’s mission is to foster a sustainable future in which every individual feels valued, safe, and capable of flourishing with dignity.She is also deeply passionate about the arts, women’s empowerment, sustainable development, and social justice, and remains committed to advancing these causes in her adopted home of Saint Kitts and Nevis.
