I started just before the second store opened, and has since expanded to four stores plus a commissary. Helped expand, implement procedures, and train within accounts payable. In addition to working closely with our receiving departments on handling of invoices and credits, I also helped on creating new vendor documents when bringing vendors on board. Worked with I.T. on creating a Google doc logbook that are used at all locations. Put in place how to organize invoices before entering in Dynamics.Just recently upgraded to electronic invoicing, coding and importing into Dynamics thanks to the Finicial Manager which had made my role much more manageable on a daily basis.
