I worked as a Training Supervisor at The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf where I ran daily operations on my shift to ensure that business was being conducted efficiently. Such daily operations include managing team members, meeting sales goals and minimizing waste in order to maximize profits. Furthermore, in this role, I was responsible for checking for discrepancies in the invoices we received from our vendors while preparing our accounts payable. These requirements, as well as the many others that have not been listed, have helped me hone a vast amount of skills such as interpersonal communication skills, time management skills, analytical thinking skills, management skills, and productive observational skills.
