Work with various third-party payroll vendors (Ceridian, Sanford Technology, BSH Mazars) to administer approximately 1,500 employees in Canada, London, Germany, Australia, China, Middle East and Afghanistan. Helped implement payments via the Wage Protection System (WPS) in the Middle East.Payroll team maintains employee data including addresses, banking information, tax withholding and garnishments. Other team responsibilities include unemployment inquiries, verification of employment inquiries, data analysis, etc.Assumed payroll processing for over 60 acquired companies, both large and small, and worked with each company to ease the transition. Documented current payroll processes and led payroll efforts during 4 software conversions (From McCormack & Dodge mainframe system to PDS to PeopleSoft to Oracle EBS). Recently on the implementation team to transfer from PeopleSoft to Oracle EBS for the entire Accounting and HR/Payroll suite of Oracle EBS products.
