While working at LS Tractor, I assisted with the posting and managing of accounts receivables, managing customer and dealer accounts, as well as, working alongside the finance manager and CFO to assist with the monthly closing process.

While working at Premier Warehousing I monitored daily deposit accounts, daily ACH transactions, daily sweep accounts, assisted with accounts receivables, as well as assisting the CFO with monthly financial reporting.

During my tenure of working at TJ Maxx, I was promoted from a cashier, customer experience coordinator, to key-carrier. I helped to oversee day-to-day functions of the store as the acting manager. I also trained new associates on the policies and practices of the TJX Corporation. When I acted in the role as a Customer Experience Coordinator, I managed the front end and the cashiers to ensure they are performing at their best level and engaging with our customers. I also verified our customer service area is filled with supplies and inventory to ensure our customers leave with a highly satisfied experience.

I served as a Professional Tutor for the Accounting and Business classes at North Carolina Wesleyan College. I assisted students with homework needs, preparation for tests, and also to develop study habits.
