Dianna has been licensed in real estate for more than 16 years. Prior to Gilezan Global, Dianna successfully managed top producing real estate agents at Keller Williams and Allen Tate in North Carolina. At eXp Realty she held positions in Contract Compliance for the state of North Carolina supporting 1,200 agents, and as Broker Management Support for the state of Tennessee, supporting more than 1,400 agents. Her organizational leadership, team management, and cross departmental work within eXp Realty resulted in a transition to eXp Commercial leading the Growth Coordination and Ancillary Service program. Dianna’s organizational skills, industry knowledge, work ethic, process efficiencies and get it done attitude is ideal for leading the growth and operations of the Gilezan Global team. Prior to her real estate career, Dianna was an Sr. Executive Administrator for 14 years at various Silicon Valley IT companies supporting senior management. A Canadian-native, Dianna has been in the US since 1998, and has lived in Illinois, Nevada, North Carolina & New York. Dianna is currently licensed in North Carolina, and studying to get her New York license.
