Researching and writing content on Columbia, Missouri history and historic preservation as a volunteer for CoMo Preservation. This organization is dedicated to increasing awareness of the importance of historic preservation. I helped found it in May 2022. I served as its Board President for two years. I am also the author of Historic Movie Theaters of Columbia, Missouri. It covers the history of Columbia's 28 movie theaters since 1897 including Ragtag, The Blue Note, the Missouri Theatre and the Negro Nickleodeon.
