Responsibilities include leading a team to develop & execute technology strategy, implementation and associated change management efforts to support Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Operations. Most recently delivered the implementations of eProcurement, Docusign eSignature, Demand Management eRequest, Document management eFiling and Toyota Business Exchange eInvoicing process designs, systems and all related desk procedures. Campus Features core team member to enable space planning and design of new North American headquarters-Managed complex / diverse teams including a Manager, up to nine associates, contingent resources and a Managed Service Provider with 6 professional resources.-Managed Contracts, Sourcing & Procurement Ops functions enterprise-wide and partnered across Toyota affiliates as part of a Procurement team that minimizes risk and maximizes value while servicing approximately 2,300-plus requests and enterprise-wide goods and services expenditures in excess of $300 million while establishing and maintaining SOX and Internal Audit controls.-Co-lead the formation of the Enterprise Vendor Management Compliance Steering Committee, delivering risk mitigation needs assessment and readiness action plans to reduce financial, operational, and brand risk exposure, which led to the creation of the Enterprise Vendor Management Framework.-Designed, implemented and managed the first-ever TFS Supplier Diversity program. Represented the Toyota brands in venues related to supplier partnership in community programs.-Identified and mentored existing TFS service providers to achieve Diverse Supplier certification.-Collaborated with the Legal Department to create new standard terms and conditions, which reduced cycle time from weeks to days.-TFS Brand Champion supporting and directing three Brand Energizers.Utilized Kaizen methodologies to streamline purchase authorization policy, eliminating 1000-plus approval signatures identified as waste in the process.
