 Managed Business Operations Resource Strategy and Vendor/Supplier Sourcing programs. Designed, implemented, and managed the Outside Services Supplier Rating Program, a first-ever cross-functional collaboration of multiple spend categories, resulting in:• $10 million of savings through a cross-functional compliance and governance pilot. • Annual program savings of $170 million for four impacted business units, and a potential savings of $550 million upon implementation.• Identified, negotiated, and contractually executed Volume Discounts for 131 suppliers which resulted in incentives forecasted at $20 million.• Designed and implemented user portal to select and contract with preferred suppliers.

 Implemented Global Enterprise Performance Management process and system for IT. Delivered education and training for all IT Project Managers, Managers and C-Level staff for business operations and compliance topics. Designed and created business case for the formation of the IT Vendor Management Office.
