Working with Maryland residents, 40-64 years old who are low-income and are underinsured or uninsured. To reduce the residents risk of late stage cancer diagnosis through screening for breast and cervical cancer. Assisting in determining client’s eligibility for our program, triaging callers for symptoms of breast or cervical cancer, assisting in scheduling appointments for screening (breast, pelvic, pap test, and mammogram), and finally Nurse Case Management for clients with abnormal results linking those clients for further Diagnosis and Treatment.
