- Over a 15 years of martial arts training in Goju Karate, Ba Hei Quan kung fu, Wuzu Quan kung fu, Northern Shaolin kung fu, tai chi, and qigong. - As a classical martial artist, attended two training tours in China to train with the monks and masters of Northern and Southern Shaolin Temples. In addition, to train with Master Wu, the 12th ancestory of Ba Hei Quan (White Crane Style), as well as in tai chi with Master Yao at the spiritual Wudang Mountain. - Instructor of children and youth classes, and Senpai of Yamazukura Dojo
