Worked alongside all our customers providing up to date information regarding their items, and assisted if damaged, late or lost in network. This would either by via email or call. Always managed my own complaints to give the customer the very best service for positive feedback. Very challenging role but pleasant at the same time. Dealt with all incoming calls which were fielded to relevant person. Assisted with emails from customers and internally. Worked alongside the Project Manager on the Tesco project, compiling information in Excel for work due to be done as well as completed on site. Submitting invoices as well as work sheets on Tungsten and also submitting information on Sage relating to the invoicing procedure. I enjoyed this role as it kept me busy but also very challenged at the same time, due to deadlines which were to be met.
