-Responsible for inbox management and inquiries-Reconcile supplier’s statement-Supplier payment allocation-Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues-Enter invoice and journal into system-Motorpass Fuel Card, Citylink Toll and Telstra spend analysis-Consolidate payments-Answering inbound calls and initiate outbound calls-Provides general support to Australian clients

-Performs the physical inventory of stocks, sorts deliveries to facilitate records keeping and filing of orders to implement best method of storage-Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of all accounts payable and receivable, client invoices, bank statement reconciliation and expense reports.-Disburse petty cash expense such as travel expenses of the employees on official business and emergency purchase, prepares petty cash fund replenishment when cash run low, and encashment of cheque from the bank-Perfoms general office duties
