• Supported in the startup, commissioning and validation of cGMP facility.• Experience with disposable cGMP technologies.• Review and execute validation protocols.• Experience reviewing and creating controlled documents.• Assist a team daily with on-floor operations.• Experience facilitating and delivering training.• Knowledge in buffer and growth media preparation.• The ability to demonstrate knowledge of CIP, SIP activities.• Experience in small and large buffer and growth media preparation.• Familiar with operation and assembly of filter.• Experienced with proper operating technics with PH meters, Osmometers, NOVA’s, tube sealers/welders, fume hoods and peristaltic pumps.• The ability to measure raw materials and operate basic Benchtop instruments• Extensive experience with glass washer’s and autoclaves (Steris).• Provide in-process testing to assure batches meet specifications.• Experience with business programs such as ERP, LIMS and Trackwise.• Train new college interns.• Qualified Trainer for operational SOP’s.
