Responsible for the conduct of laboratory and field testing, analysis, and other processes related to plant chemistry following applicable policies, standard procedures, laws and regulations to support the safe, reliable, and compliant operations of the Plant. Responsible for contributing assistance and providing recommendations in the smooth operations of the water and wastewater treatment plants.

Pertorms sample preparation, extraction, and qualitative/quantitative chemical analyses of food, environmental , agricultural, contaminant, and packaging samples.• Operates, maintains, and troubleshoots analytical laberatory equipment (ICP-OES, UV-VIS, microwave digester, and others).• Conducts method validation and/or method verification of new and existing laboratory testing.Supervises Chemical technicians, Laboratory technicians, Lab Aides and Jobcon

Responsible for performing analyses and reporting test results according to the Quality Management System policies and procedures.Performs sampling, testing and analyses in accordance with the OMS & safety policies defined in safety manual• Prepares and updates reports related to the analyses performed.• Operates and maintains equipment used in performing analyses.• Signs worksheets and job instructions.• Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in support of departmental goals or for his/her personal or professional training, education or development as programmed by his/her immediate superior.• Complies with the QHSE policies including but not limited to:• Demonstrates strong commitment to SGS QHSE Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions by participating in safety meetings, completing required training, intervening in unsafe situations,
