I have been in the Real Estate industry - TIC Investments for the last 4 years. It has been an interesting industry that I have learned through my work as an accountant.I am always eager to take on new tasks so I can better my education and knowledge, which has been the case at RealtyNet Advisors. I started as the accountant and then was handed the responsibility of closing on properties. Which I grew to enjoy. The closing agent's task also includes some research in the counties the properties are located in to better prepare the warranty deeds and any other necessary documents for conveyance.The position then evolved into providing exchange services for clients who are selling investment property. My work includes preparing the docs for the closing agents and working "along side" the closing agents of various title companies to ensure the exchange is done properly so the client can avoid capital gains tax consequences.My position at RealtyNet Advisors has been an incredible learning experience inwhich I have gained much knoweldge and experience in area that I never intended to go.I enjoy going the extra mile and being a team player. I enjoy challenges and new areas to explore.
