Manage all tribal government operations. Implement proper office procedure/protocol and enforce internal control, train employees in proper administrative processes. Maintain accurate HR records. Conduct bi-weekly staff meetings. Charged with employing/discharging personnel. Ensure accuracy relating to budgets and Federal grant expenditures. Assist Tribal Chairman and Tribal Council with any and all correspondence to various entities. Attend Tribal Council meetings. Coordinate with Tribal members, assist with their needs and concerns. Manage incoming calls from grantors and vendors and guide them appropriately. Heavily involved with consultants, accountants and legal counsel to ensure compliance.

Assisted Tribal Chairman and Tribal Council with any and all correspondence to various entities, assembled Council meeting agendas, attended meetings, took minutes and distributed, made travel arrangements. Handled incoming calls from members and guided them appropriately, Heavily involved with consultants and accountants re setting up a Minor's Trust and any other tasks required!
