Key Accountabilities:OPERATIONS:(a) Manage the recruitment and performance of external providers: - IT Consultants - Develop appropriate service agreements with service providers - Assess and monitor the performance of service providers against service level agreements - Develop and implement business risk and compliance legislation - Develop and implement the HR Policy and Procedures Manual - Develop and Implement Work Instruction Manual - Establish Employee Assistance Program - Identify Business Risks and report to Management Team - Develop processes to ensure risk minimisation - Ensure compliance standards and practices in place and constantly monitored(b) Develop and Implement Internal Communication Strategy - Facilitate all internal meetingsHUMAN RESOURCES:(a) Monitor and Maintain HR Framework - Implement and Monitor Performance Management - Staff Remuneration - Reward and Recognition Program - Recruitment and selection of new staff - Manage the development of employee performance expectations - Manage and address personal/behavioural or performance issues - Implement Training Plan for individual staff members - Conduct six monthly staff appraisals - Implement Electronic Filing System for staff files
