- Developed different applications which were used in different sectors within IBM as part of my initiative for the organization, and process improvement.- Worked closely with the stakeholders to identify the end-to-end process, and how we’ll be of help to them by automating these processes. These initiatives help reduce the work around time, cost involved and increase customer satisfaction.

The team created a SAP-ABAP Performance Tracker Tool for the upcoming Team Blue Ace/graduate hires. It is a tool which can compute and track the performance (grades, quizzes, attendance) of the specific student. It also shows the performance of the students through graphs.
