As a real estate Broker, REALTOR, Manager, Public Speaker and Instructor for many years, Dianne Moore provides exceptional leadership and support to her colleagues, clients and agents, with strong mentoring, training and public-speaking skills. Such skills have assisted Dianne by bridging innovation with traditional real estate, and being an effective Broker, Manager, and Mentor/Trainer for her agents over the years. Having practiced real estate since 1997, Dianne has demonstrated her passion and devotion to the industry by her continuous involvement locally and statewide. Some of her additional leadership positions are and/or have been: Board Member for the National Association of REALTORS®; Board Member for the Texas Association of REALTORS®, Regional Vice President for T.A.R., and Mediator for T.A.R.; Board Member of the Asian American Real Estate Association; Houston Association of REALTORS® Chair for the Technology Advisory Group; H.A.R. Fort Bend Networking Chair; 2017 Realtor® Member of the Year for the Women’s Council of Realtors® Fort Bend; and 2010 Entrepreneur of the Year for W.C.R. Fort Bend.Since 2005 she has been certified and approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission to teach Mandatory Continuing Education and Pre-Licensing Courses to real estate licensees and applicants. In 2016, Dianne formed her own real estate school, URHome Real Estate School, and teaches at different venues throughout Houston. Dianne has acquired and maintained multiple designations and certifications in real estate including: ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CNE (Certified Negotiations Expert), CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager), CREI (Certified Real Estate Instructor), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ePRO (Internet Professional), GRI (Graduate, Realtor® Institute), RENE (Real Estate Negotiations Expert), SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource), and TAHS (Texas Affordable Housing Specialist).
